SIZE GUIDE

At Billie Zinzan, we believe the garments should fit YOU, not the other way around. Its really important to us that you get the best fit possible so you can love your clothes longer and love yourself more in them.

We offer 2 sizing options - custom or standard. Custom offers you a more precise fit while the standard sizing lets you choose from easy reference sizes that are comparable to the local market. If you're unsure about how to take your measurements for custom sizing - check out the how to measure guide

For the most accurate measurements, have a friend take them for you.

The best part? We make it to your measurements at no extra cost!

Take your required measurements, select the 'custom' size on the size option then enter your measurements in the box provided.

How to measure

HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF

Grab a tape measure or a piece of string along with a ruler and follow the instructions for each measurement you need- you can find these below the diagram.

For the most accurate measurements, have someone else take them for you.

A - BUST

Measure your chest around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra that fits well. Make sure that the tape is sitting parallel to the floor all the way around.

B - WAIST

Measure the narrowest part of your waistline. When measuring, breathe naturally and make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight.

C - HIPS

Your hip measurement is lower than most people think. Place the tape measure around your hips and position it so that it is across the peak of your bum, making sure the tape is parallel to the floor all the way around.

D - ACROSS SHOULDER

Find the pointy part of your shoulder and measure from the tip of one shoulder to the other, straight

across your front. If you are measuring from the side of the fleshy part of your upper arm across your body, you are measuring too low.

E - BACK WAIST LENGTH

Measure from the pointy nape of your neck down to your natural waist.

F - INSEAM

In close fitting pants, measure from the centre of your crotch (where the seams of your pants intersect) to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg.

G - FRONT AND BACK RISE

This measurement helps to create the perfect fit through the crotch. With firm fitting trousers on, place the start of the tape at the intersection of seams between your legs and measure against your body, over your tummy and finish at your natural waistline. This is your front rise measurement.

Repeat the instructions to find your back rise by measuring over your bum to waist instead.

H - ARM LENGTH

Place the start of your tape at the tip of your shoulder and run it down the side of your arm to your wrist bone, keeping the tape against your arm.

I - BICEP

Measure the circumference of your bicep at the fleshiest part - about 2cm down from your armpit. Include this if you are purchasing a short sleeve style and like to know that any elastic is not going to be tight around your arm.

PETITE & TALL CUSTOMERS

Finding the perfect fit is tricky enough even for those of us who fall into "standard" sizing so we get how amazing it feels to find trousers that are the right length or a maxi dress that doesn't swallow you whole.

Thats the beauty of made to order- its made for YOU!
